Akshiptika Infotech is a small team of Indian creators and freelancers who got tired of building productivity systems from scratch. So we built them once, properly, and made them available to everyone.
Our story
It started with a frustrating Sunday afternoon in 2022. Our founder was trying, for the fourth time, to build a Notion workspace that actually worked. Three hours in, she had a beautiful dashboard that she knew she would abandon within a week -- because it was too complex to maintain.
She did what any sensible person does: she searched for templates. The ones she found were either designed for American corporate life (project management for enterprise teams, financial planning in USD) or so simplistic they were useless.
There was nothing built for an Indian freelancer managing GST invoices, or an Indian creator tracking brand deals in rupees, or a student at an Indian university building a second brain for research.
So she built it. AkshiVault started as a personal system. When she shared it in a creator community, 200 people asked for a copy in the first 48 hours.
That was the beginning of Akshiptika Infotech.
Our journey

Launched AkshiVault -- our first Second Brain Notion template. Hit 1,000 customers in 60 days.
Released AkshiFlow and AkshiLedger. Crossed 5,000 customers across India.
